Förra veckans vägning och mätning blev idag! Uffe hade kaos på jobbet så det blev nästan en liten vilovecka. Från gymmet iallafall. Det visade sig dock att jobbande, stenflyttande och altanbyggande är en adekvat träningsform!
Vikten ligger nu på 85,2kg. Ner 14,5kg totalt. Målet är satt till en gul viktkaka, alltså 15kg. Inte långt borta!
Fettmassan som försvunnit är nu uppe i 9,58kg. Uffe hade sen förra veckan gått ner 0,4kg och 0,48kg fett. Rätt saker försvinner!
Bukmåttet ligger nu på 96cm. Det var 113cm vid start. Minus 17cm alltså!
Uffe har 3 veckor på sig att gå ner de sista 5hg. Det kommer definitivt att lösas. Det finns inget annat alternativ.
Dagens pass var ben och mage. Jag bestämde mig för att haka på Uffe och kriga med en riktig hårding. Det blev ett kanonpass där jag var den som gnylade mest. Det verkar som att Uffe är tuffare än mig…Här kommer lite formbilder, grafer och bilder från dagens pass!
