Så var det dags för den 3:e uppföljningen. Resultat efter knappt 3 veckor:

Vikt:94,7! -1,5kg sen förra veckan -5kg totalt!

Fettprocent: 24,56%, 25,42% förra veckan, 26,87% vid starten

Bukomfång: 106cm -3cm sen förra veckan, -7cm sen starten!

Väldigt bra resultat! Det som känns extra bra är att efter en snabb uträkning så har 3,5kg fett försvunnit! Det visar att ”rätt” saker försvinner från kroppen. Det är väldigt praktiskt att kolla sådan grejer så man vet vad det är som händer med kroppen och att det just är mestadels fett som försvinner.
