Så var äventyret med Uffe slut. Naturligtvis ska Uffe fortsätta träna och leva sunt men vårt projekt är officiellt över. Jag måste erkänna att de känns lite vemodigt. Jag kommer att sakna att plåga skiten ur Uffe. Bättre ”offer” går nog ej att uppbringa! Den beslutsamhet och krigaranda han uppvisat är de få personer här på gymmet som har och med det så kommer naturligtvis resultat. Nu är de sista testerna och mätningarna är gjorda. Resultaten visas på bilderna här nere. Jag tänkte dock gå igenom vissa.
Vikten stannar till slut på 83,4kg. 16,3 kg lättare på 15 veckor. Vad ska man säga? Imponerande minst sagt.
Fettprocenten ligger nu mer på 18,84%. För 15 veckor sedan var den 26,87%. Det innebär drygt 11kilo mindre fett. Det är helt enkelt jävligt mycket fett.
Bukomfånget har minskat med 20cm! Några storlekar alltså.
Kolesterolvärdet har även det blivit bättre. Sen oktober så har det sänkts med 13%.
Kolla in skillnaden på cirklarna. Närmare mitten är bättre. Det skiljer alltså bara 15 veckor.
Alla som tränat och gått på diet vet hur svårt det är att behålla styrkan och nästan omöjligt att bli starkare. Uffe har dock lyckats att bli både starkare och uthålligare.
Bänkpressen stannade på 75kg. +5kg.
Chins blev 1! Utan att ha tränat det så fixade Uffe 1 på det sista passet! Lovely!
Rodd 1000m blev 3.54. En förbättring med nästan 30 sekunder.
Marklyft blev 140kg! Klockrent.
Sist men inte minst plankan. Uffe slog ju till med drygt 2 minuter första gången. Ett mycket bra resultat. Numer lyder rekordet 5.32!!! Hur många slår det? Den som gör det ska få en Swebar och en liten applåd. Kontakta mig om ni vill prova lyckan! =)
